Lock in your Facebook Page, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest using a name that is as close to your website .com name as possible. The name of the page will be the username your register with. You can also make a Youtube (youtube.com) channel using your gmail, but will be unable to pick a custom URL name until after 30 days and 100 subscribers.

Send me your information to be used at the content on your website including “About Me” (your bio, education, awards, work history, etc.), “Contact information” (email, phone number, address), “Buy” (what are the reasons and benefits why people should buy their house through you), “Sell” (what are the reasons and benefits why people should sell their house through you), and pertinent links to lists of houses your have sold and lists of houses you are currently selling.

Then we will post the article to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Pinterest, and YouTube.
You can now use this article to send to potential buyers so that they can get all the information they need and have all their questions answered before they meet with you. When they see the house, it will be less work for you as they will already have seen the house virtually and seen all the stats in the article. The home owner will also be able to share the article.
You will also be able to buy Pay-per-click (PPC) Ads from places like Facebook that will be shows to potential buyers local to that home listing using that blog article to get more leads and get the word out.
The blog articles will also be features on your home page so people will see your hot listings as soon as they enter your website.

Open house. You can create an open house through Facebook Events. Then we can run Facebook PPC ads to people local to the event to guys eyes on the property and get more people to RSVP to the open house.

Once transactions are done, get video testimonials from your happy clients to post in your social media and your website. We can include testimonials in your About me, sell, and buy pages of your website as well as the home page.
