Rather than posting spam or ads into self-help groups around the nation, I instead posted an Open call for interns in each city. Interns would get value in exchange by being able to attend seminars for free.
For every major city in the nation, we had a 1 to 3 interns apply. These interns in each city would spread the word to the group, organize group talks and seminars for us, and recruit students for our company in each city.
Within 3 months, our website was flooded with traffic from around the country, our online forum was filled with members and our coaching schedule was sold out.
Around the six-month mark, we had 12 students booked for the weekend in Vegas that were paying $2000 each for a two day coaching session. It was at that point that it truly hit me, we were getting paid $12,000 a day.
By the first year, we had become one of the top coaching companies in the nation for our niche.
